Tractus has the experience managing and supervising environmental remediation projects including: mercury clean-ups, orphaned well closures, residential clean-ups, hazardous-waste landfill containment and closures, in-situ contaminant treatment, and hurricane response.
Furthermore, Tractus has supported a number of residential remediation projects, some of which
include the 2007 Omaha Lead contract, as well as the recently awarded 2012 8(a) and Small Omaha
Lead contracts; the City of Jacksonville’s Residential Ash Site; and the Jacobsville Lead Residential
Site in 2010, and also the current 2012 Jacobsville contract.
Tractus’ refined management approaches, documentation requirements, and work standards brings
projects into FAR compliance for Cost-Plus Contracts. Experience with RCMS cost management, as
well as federal procurement and accounting rules allows us to provide critical and relevant capability
to our clients. Additionally, working on USEPA and USACE projects, Tractus regularly manages
projects with up to 10 subcontractors and field staffs of hundreds.
