OVERVIEW

Tractus Consulting Group LLC (Tractus) is a small business providing nationwide construction & construction management services to the public and private sectors. Specifically, we provide customized solutions to our clients for dams, levees, rapid response, and remedial construction projects.

Founded in 2005 by partners, Brandi M. Burg and Carlton T. Lehman, Tractus is a firm specializing in unique construction projects. In 2008, Tractus welcomed its newest partner, Alan Seeley. Mr. Seeley brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in specialty construction work such as slurry wall construction and deep foundation work.

With its core focus in construction and project management, Tractus has a history in rapid response work including hurricane response and environmental remediation. Furthermore, Tractus specializes in one-of-a-kind projects involving soil modification technologies which is a family of construction methods with broad applicability to construction of foundations, levees & dams, excavation support, and environmental remediation. Examples of methods include slurry wall construction, hydraulic barrier walls, and deep foundations.

PRINCIPALS

Carlton T. Lehman, PE

Mr. Lehman has over 25 years of corporate and field experience, in managing multiple projects and contracts. A successful project manager on Corps projects, he has performed on contracts ranging from civil construction and hazardous waste clean-ups to emergency response projects. While at Kajima Engineering & Construction Inc., he bid and managed $50 million of environmental and DSM projects. At Project Resources Inc., as the company’s Operations Manager, he managed $200 million worth contracts, including USACE Omaha District’s Rapid Response and USEPA Region 9 ERRS contracts. Having acquired a strong background in corporate operations, program/ project management, cost and schedule controls, and safety and quality control, Mr. Lehman has the necessary experience to successfully complete a large, complex, and time critical DSM project.

Alan Seeley

Mr. Seeley has 30 years+ of extensive experience in the drilling and pumping industry. Furthermore, Mr. Seeley worked on the first DSM project in the United States in 1986 for SMW Seiko/Geocon and as a general superintendent on some of the largest multi-auger deep soil mixing projects in the world, including the Port of Oakland, ALNG Trinidad, Hydraulic barrier walls for soda ash processing plants in Wyoming, Big Dig Boston and the Sacramento Levee Reconstruction and Woodrow Wilson Bridge in Virginia/ Washington, D.C. More recently, Mr. Seeley helped build a continuous mixing, high-volume group mixing plant, as well as designed and built mixing tools and attachments for large diameter deep soil mixing. Mr. Seeley joined Tractus in 2009 to support and expand the firm’s deep soil mixing capabilities. As VP of Operations and managing partner for Tractus, Mr. Seeley brings a comprehensive amount of strength in the specialty construction and DSM markets for the company.
